I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, condominiums, and income property within
the cities of St. Petersburg, Seminole, Largo, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Belleair, Belleair Beach,
Maderia Beach, Treasure Island, Sunset Beach, and St. Pete Beach. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very
knowledgeable with the local communities and schools.
I also specialize in transactions involving preforeclosure, foreclosure/bank owned, and short sales properties. I am familiar with the area's
new and pre-construction properties and I stay updated with the market conditions. I am a licenced mortgage broker and keep up-to-date
information on availability of loan programs and current rates. I make my clients aware of new developments before the general public
hears to maximize their knowledge if the real estate and financial markets.
Personal
I am originally from Minnesota, but have been living in this area since 1992. I graduated from Tampa College with degrees in Business
Administration and Criminal Justice. My hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, football, and boating. I am a member
of the Pinellas Women in Power Organization and the Hospitality Industry Association.
I enjoy real estate because I am able to work with people and I am also able to educate, protect, and help a person achieve their desired
