Anne has spent ten years in the real estate business. Her experience and knowledge of the ever changing market is her key to

Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, condominiums, and income property within
the cities of St. Petersburg, Seminole, Largo, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Belleair, Belleair Beach,
Maderia Beach, Treasure Island, Sunset Beach, and St. Pete Beach. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very
knowledgeable with the local communities and schools.
I also specialize in transactions involving preforeclosure, foreclosure/bank owned, and short sales properties. I am familiar with the area's
new and pre-construction properties and I stay updated with the market conditions. I am a licenced mortgage broker and keep up-to-date
information on availability of loan programs and current rates. I make my clients aware of new developments before the general public
hears to maximize their knowledge if the real estate and financial markets.
Personal
I am originally from Minnesota, but have been living in this area since 1992. I graduated from Tampa College with degrees in Business
Administration and Criminal Justice. My hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, football, and boating. I am a member
of the Pinellas Women in Power Organization and the Hospitality Industry Association.
I enjoy real estate because I am able to work with people and I am also able to educate, protect, and help a person achieve their desired
transaction with the least amount of stress.

EXPERIENCE:
Starting my real estate career in 1972, I have witnessed the volatility and
remain in the business today because of my love of people. Whether I was
assisting a first time buyer find their "dream home", a retiree find their
retirement home, a client looking for a vacation/second home, an investor
the perfect income property, or selling a home or condo for the best price
has brought much joy to my life. Over these 38 years, my clients have
become my friends and with their referrals, I have been able to be
successful and to continue in the real estate business. I provide unequaled
customer service to my clients after the sale, not only through the closing,
but through move in and beyond.
PERSONAL:
As an alumni of the University of Alabama School of Business, I serve on the
Advisory Board of the Suncoast Crimson Tide. Assisting with alumni
activities to raise scholarship funds for Tampa Bay students attending the
University of AL is very rewarding. Originally from Alabama, I moved to
Florida in 1999. I have a daughter residing in Tampa Palms and a son who
resides in Dallas. They have blessed me with three wonderful grandsons. I
am a member of The Island Chapel on Tierra Verde. As real estate is a 24/7
business, it leaves little time for hobbies, but I enjoy traveling, walks on
the beach, movies and spending time with friends and family.
